Winking Shipping Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in our shipping services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our shipping services, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
